✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product is not as described

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
• Once approved, return the item to the provided address.

💵 Refund Process

• After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery, you’ll be refunded via bank transfer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Products with physical damage due to misuse
• Items returned without original packaging or accessories
• Custom orders or software-activated products

ℹ️ Exchange Option

In some cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
