Yes, you can place an order as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to easily track orders and manage your purchases.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and secure online payments through credit/debit cards.

Yes, you can request cancellation or changes within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team. After that, your order may already be processed for shipping.

Absolutely. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, manage your information, and view order history easily.

Click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions to reset your password securely.

Log in to your account and go to the “My Account” section where you can update your name, address, phone number, and password.

Returns & Refunds

You can return a product within 3 days of delivery if it’s damaged, defective, or not as described. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be refunded via your original payment method.

Shipping & Tracking

Yes, we deliver laptops to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Standard delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location and product availability.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel on our courier partner’s website.

We offer free shipping on selected products. For others, a small delivery charge may apply, which will be shown at checkout.

Payments & Pickup

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and online payments via credit/debit cards for a smooth and secure checkout experience.

Yes, COD is available in most cities across Pakistan. However, for certain remote areas, prepayment may be required.

Yes, we offer onsite pickup from our office in Lahore. Select “Pickup” at checkout and our team will contact you when your order is ready.
